What "delivery" means here
We supply professional digital services. Delivery means the completion and handover of the work described on the service page you purchased — typically files, configured accounts, written documentation and a live walkthrough.
Because nothing physical is supplied, several things common on retail sites simply do not exist here:
- No shipping charges, delivery fees or courier partners.
- No PIN code serviceability restrictions — every location is serviceable.
- No tracking numbers, dispatch dates or transit times.
- No stock limitations. A package is available whenever capacity allows, and unavailable packages are removed rather than oversold.
From payment to kickoff
| Stage | When | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Payment confirmed | Immediately | Order confirmation and GST invoice emailed to you |
| Assignment | Within 1 business day | The package is assigned to a specialist in that discipline |
| Kickoff contact | Within 48 business hours | The specialist emails you to confirm scope and request access and assets |
| Onboarding | On your response | You supply credentials, brand assets and a short brief; a call is scheduled if the package needs one |
| Delivery clock starts | Once onboarding is complete | The published timeline begins from this point |
Business hours are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India. An order placed late on Friday will normally receive kickoff contact by Tuesday.
Delivery timelines
Each service page publishes its own delivery window, and that figure is what governs your order. As a general guide:
| Package type | Typical delivery window |
|---|---|
| Reviews, audits and quick diagnostics | 5–10 business days |
| Setup and configuration packages | 5–14 business days |
| Campaign builds and automation | 10–15 business days |
| Landing pages and single-page builds | 10–12 business days |
| Strategy sprints and content engines | 12–20 business days |
| Full websites, stores and brand systems | 20–25 business days |
| Recurring monthly packages | First delivery within 10 business days, then monthly |
These windows are measured in business days from the completion of onboarding — not from the moment of payment, because the start depends on receiving what we need from you.
What we need from you
Delivery is a two-party activity. The single largest cause of a late project is waiting on something from the client, so it is worth knowing in advance what will be asked for.
- Access — the relevant platform, ad account, CMS, analytics or hosting permissions.
- Assets — logo files, brand colours, fonts, imagery, existing copy and any guidelines.
- Context — your goals, audience, competitors and anything already tried.
- Approvals — a named decision-maker who can sign off at checkpoints without a committee.
Handover
Every package ends with a structured handover, not a file dump:
- All deliverables in editable, non-proprietary formats wherever possible.
- A written summary of what was done, what changed and what we recommend next.
- A live walkthrough session, recorded so anyone who missed it can catch up.
- Transfer of all accounts, licences and credentials into your name.
- Any credentials you granted us are revoked at this point.
Questions about delivered work are answered for 14 days after handover at no additional cost. Beyond that, further work is a new package.
Delays and how we handle them
If we are going to miss a published timeline we will tell you before the deadline, not after it, with a revised date and the reason.
- Delays caused by us: we notify you proactively and, where the delay is material, discuss a partial refund or a credit.
- Delays caused by third-party platforms — account verification, ad review queues, DNS propagation, Meta template approval: we flag these as risks up front where they are foreseeable.
- Delays caused by outstanding input from you: the delivery date moves by the same amount.
Confidentiality and credentials
Client data, credentials and work product are treated as confidential by default. Credentials are stored in a password manager, accessible only to the personnel delivering your project, and revoked at handover.
We are happy to sign your NDA before kickoff — send it with your brief. Where you prefer not to share credentials at all, we can usually work with delegated access instead; ask at kickoff.
